Well, when mine did it, it was right before it blew up. All the clutch material came off.
U can try this, put it in the top gear, put your engine at about 2,500 RPM, then slowly let your clutch out. This will burn off the roughness(bumping) in your clutch. But yes, it probaly is going out.
