Cool Recommendations on a rear gear ratio

Hi. My engine is a 351 Winsor, .30 over, forged pistons, balanced & blueprinted. Cam is 278 duration .478 intake and .498 exhaust. Running ported trick flow twisted wedge heads and RPM edelbrock manifold. I have a modified Holley 750 running annular front boosters and double downleg rear boosters. Last night I ran 13.9 et at 100 mph. I currently have 3.25 gears and a C-4 automatic with 1800 RPM stall converter.

I cross the quarter mile at about 3300 RPM in 3rd gear. I would like to use a rear end gear that will put me at 6,000 RPM in 3rd gear at end of the quarter mile.

Any suggestions on the right gear ratio. Any suggestions on a stall converter point to maximize launch? At 3,100 lbs, does anyone have a program to compute my rear wheel horsepower?

I am thinking 4.57 or 4.80 gears would be about right. But what are you guys running?
