I'm not sure how the crate engien comes. I thought they didn't come with the accessories. If it doesn't just use your old ones and you should be fine.
A 65 mm TB should be plenty for your needs.
If you purchase in Install kit, I'd be careful. You should talk to one of the phone tech support people before you buy.
