Hmm.. I think I ran a 14 flat at almost 102mph(from memory) with the 97 Cobra vert I had so... I had cheap rear tires too but it was at sea level.. My guess is 14.19@101.69mph. I think the 98 cobra was a little stronger than the 96-97. I hope you broke in the 13s though.
