It is only too much for the street if it drives to harsh for you and/ or it is just plane dangerous. I'd go with AFR 185's for heads and a boxed upper since you will have a lot of cubes and a blower. Cam wise, put it all together then figure out what your driving habits with the new motor will be, how much you plan on running the 1320 w/ it, etc... And then have a cam custom ground for it. It sure sounds like a fun idea to me
