I have a problem with a new wiper motor that I installed. when I put it in and turned it on it only moved the blades about 1 inch before stopping. the old motor worked somewhat so I know that the wiring was working before I installed the new one. is it the motor that is bad, the wiring, did I install it too tight or is something else wrong. more details if needed. thanx
