At Norwalk, you can camp right in the pits. They've got beautiful shower facilities (cleaned constantly through the day) and even come around on golf carts with free coffee, juice and donuts in the morning. There are one or two hotels in Norwalk; you can check out the NRP homepage...I think they've got information on lodging.
I think admission is $30 for the weekend as a spectator or $18 per day but don't quote me on that.
