I say go for the cleve.. get a good 4V motor, throw a big cam, torker intake, a big double pumper (750min - 850 preferable), and some headers, and you're at 400hp. Clevelands like lots of everything - rpm, carb, compression, cam.... they respond really well. Besides, an 86 with a 351C would be something cool that's just a little different and will draw lots of attention.
