Wow, you just don't stop! With your wheels 2" forward, it's like you've already moved the engine 4" back!

I hope to do it with a k-member swap over the winter.

I just got a new tranny mount from RCO enterprises here in London. It was around $90 Canadian, has smaller bushings & thicker tubes (where the bushings go). It's unfinished & needs welded. I offset it so I'll have that extra inch.

The bushing tubes on my stock crossmember were rusted out (no winters either). You could cut them out and fab something yourself... I just wanted to get it back on the road.

I've heard there's enough room for the driveshape yoke... but it's certainly something to check...
