It would be impossible for a regular tire to be "stretched" onto that rim. Even if you could do it, it would rip alot of the plies that hold it together and be a safety issue.
Michelin is the the one company that makes those tires for the TRX wheel and they're pricey at over like $200 per tire. Good luck on your hunt,
