Post estimated 1/4 mi time

I own a 96 GT with the following mods.
2.5" flowmaster cat back
2.5" MAC hpipe with cats
70MM throttle body
Adjustable fuel pressure regulator(at 42 PSI)
87 Prom bullet MAM
ripper shifter
3.73 gears
underdrive pulleys
hypertech power programmer 3 with thermostat(160)
MAC cold air induction
Steeda timing adjuster

Will the car run faster with the installed h-pipe with cats or an offroad h-pipe. Both from MAC and 2.5", I own both. What degrees should I have the timing adjusted to.

Where is the best place to get your cat dynoed and run the 1/4 at in Va?
