I have a 86 gt I'm upgrading to 5- lug , but want to change to a floating rotor. How can I do this. Can I use a 94 and up spindle and hub an d still maintain the original a-arm. I still want to maintain a fox body design.

You can use the SN-95 spindle setup, but it might require changing your struts as well. It also positions the wheels (I believe) 1" farther forward. There shouldn't be any other changes besides those 2.

The SN95 setup won't change your location of the wheel. Only if you use the lower control arm which sets the wheels 1" further outward.

Use same struts. If you use 86 ball joints then a 1/4" spacer is required under the ball joint fastener. If you use a 94 and up ball joint this is not req'd. The newer ball joints have a slightly shorter height.
Are you also changing the rears to Disc? If so, get the 94 and up booster, master cylinder and proportioning valve (or equivelant).

I have motorsport control arms on there now, so I guess won't be needing a spacer for the ball joint. the 94 and up spindle will work with no changing in th off set of the wheel, I hop I'm getting this right cause my wheels are 18 x 8.5 and I don't want any rubbing.
