![]() Ok all you know it all's out there- I need help. I have a 2001 GT with a vortech s/c. Around 1500-3000 rpm's at mid-throttle I am having whats called fuel pump surge. Is there anyone here that has had this problem or know a remedy for it? Vortech claims that it is common with the 99+ mustangs because of the returnless fuel system- But I have talked to others with the same set-up and its not been a problem. I have heard that a new fuel pump is supposed to coming out to take care of this- but I dont want to wait another 6 months or so. Also anyone have experience with BAP? I was thinking about even changing my entire fuel system back to a pre-99 system and using the FMU. Anyone done any of this? Any advice will be appreciated.
