Torque specs for trick flow heads?

Im helping my friend replace head gaskets, what torque specs are recomended? we were thinking 85 ft lbs, or 90...any advice? also replacing with arp head bolts, and msd distributor, cant wait to hear his car roar again.......:D thnx

Torque them all down to 70 and then go back and torque the upper bolts down to 80. Too much is as bad as not enough. Make sure to lube the upper bolts and put some kind of thread sealer on the lower bolt that go into the water jackets.
