Talking Goodrich vs. perrelli

I just got some new chrome bullit 17x8 wheels. I'm either going
to get Bfgoodrichies or perrelli. I don't know what size tires to get in the front or rear. I am in the procees modifying my car to
an all around road/drag streetracer. What would be the best size tires for the front and rear and which manufacturer is best ?

Thanks

paul

i would say most people use 245/45s i have 255/40s they are nankangs i got them localy for $92 a piece kumhos can be had for about that price i would recomend putting 4 of the same size on for rotating purposes as far as brand goes i had comp ta's before they were good tires but for the price i couldnt tell you the diff between them and the nankangs to me tires are tires i would think unless you plan on serious autocrossing brand and speed rating shouldnt really make a diff

Default Perreli

Well, I would advise going against these tires. My friend had a set of these on his Conquest Tsi. Yes it is different then a mustang but the tires were Perreli's. They never really got any good traction what so ever. We also noticed, they were silent sliders. I mean by this is that, when he'd either powerslide or burnout, you couldn't hear anything except what sounded like air rushing over something. So I'd advise against these.
