1mintlx,

Good to have you. Sounds like you have a pretty good running car there.

This is a good board with some very capable users. Once again, welcome aboard.

Hi 1Mint - Welcome.

How do you like that Hurst shifter?

Talking

Hey Nathan and Paul............thanks for the warm welcome. Car has been running great - up until 2 weeks ago. I've been experiencing some surging-hesitation (almost like a slight bucking feeling when accelerating) and white smoke/bad smell out the tailpipes. I'm thinking a head-gasket (smoke/smell out tailpipes) and bad spark plug gap/or fouled plug (surging-hesitation). As for the Hurst shifter......not extremely happy (difficult hitting 3rd at times). I've been told to switch to a Pro-5.0. Any ideas/suggestions?
