Default little mods??

alright...ive heard of advanced timing and i know what it is. does a 95 have advanced timing and how to i advance it?? also, how would i go about changing the shift points in my shift kit. the guy that did it for me (like 2 years ago) didnt do that great of a job (of course now i mostly notice) and i would like it fixed.

Yes, you can advance the timing on a 1995 GT. You should have a timing light. Pull the spout plug, loosen the distributor bolt slightly, and tap it to bump it forward. You just need to crack the bolt loose, don't unscrew it.

I don't know enough about the auto shift kits to tell you if they all adjust the same. I would suggest finding out which kit you have and looking for the directions on the net.
