Need Help picking a new tranny

Sup all,

Recently i have aquired a 95GT 5spd and am in the process of making it a 10sec street car, but i am not sure what kinda trans i should put in, i am thinking about a T-56 or maybe dropping in a C-4, the car is going to be a weekend warrior that makes frequent visits to the track so if anyone can tell me the Pros and Cons of each trans? Anyone know what kinda Computer work i am going to need to transfer a new 331 from DSS with these mods into my car?

Built C4. No reason to have a 6spd manual that could let loose on a weekend warrior. I'm sure you'll like the the C4's predictability too.

I would have said a built AOD, but it would appear that the O/D isn't going to be used anyway.
