Default Boost and 10.5:1 pistons??

Would running a supercharger with lets say 6#'s of boost work all right with the combo below?? I dont want to use nitrous.

my budy ran 14#'s on 10.5:1 compression..he ran 10.2's with a simple combo many many years ago back when that was real fast in a mustang and there was no real aftermarket for mustangs like there is 2day..ever here of a b-trim?
