Default '98 Explorer motor in a '91 stang

My g/f's cousin can get me a '98 Explorer motor with only 30k mi. on it for $800 bucks, plenum to pan, with throttle body.

How much horse/torque do these puppies have?

I am thinking that I would have to get full exhaust for it and he says all I would need to do to the motor is put a different cam in it. Anyone know what this motor would need to be around 320fwhp?
