Cool S-Trim: Staus...ORDERED!!!!

Well, I finally saved up almost enough money and for my b-day, my pops pitched in the rest. I ordered my Vortech S-Trim from Summit Today and it should be here Friday. I had a 10% off coupon from them, so I picked it up for $2,600...no too bad, I think. Anyways, thanks to all of you who talked with me and gave me advice on which one to go with. Hopefully, I'll be very, very pleased with this setup and my mods listed below. I just have to save up for 30#/hr fuel injectors now. Well, thanks again everyone...just wanted to share my EXCITEMENT!!

I'm not sure but I think the injectors might be in the kit, at least I know they came with my blower.

Cool. You won't be disappointed. That's a good price. I bought mine the end of Dec from Summit and price matched to get my polished S trim for $2945 delivered, so I'd say you got a great deal. Wish the 10% coupon was around earlier!!!!

I just dynoed mine and got 435 to the rear wheels. It passes emissions with flying colors and made that power to wheels thru cats. I was told that I am really pushing the limits of the injectors, so plan to buy 42's in the near affordable future!

The injectors DON'T come with your year kit.

Our combinations aren't too far off from each other. From what I learned dynoing my car last Tues, you should see 400-450 at the wheels running the stock Vortech 3.33" pulley. That's to say your injectors hold up with enough a/f ratio. They say simple combos like ours do that above hp all day long.

DYNO=435.6 hp/405.1 tq at rear wheels.
