Post where can I get a 140mph speedo?

I do not need the cluster, just the actual speedo. I do not want to pay big $$$

If I cannot find one, I will hit the junk yards, but I would prefer not too.

140 mph speedos are fairly easy to come by, new, but what's wrong with getting one from a wreck? They are usually in good shape and cheap, as this is not a popular used part.
If money was a factor, I would be heading straight for the boneyards, no question.

Well, that is what I wanted to do, but the junk yards are soaked!! I guess I will just get some rain boots and head out.

I need a new 140 speedo also. Mine makes noise and reads WAY too slow. 10 - 20 MPH slow. The odometer reads about 13% low, the trans is not original but the plastic speedo gear is original, would a different tailshaft gear in the trans make it read low.

I have only seen one GT in the junkyard so far, forgot to check for the speedo

I have a 140 speedo I will sell. It is still in a car I wrecked. I would have to take it out. Make and offer.

I have been to the junk yards and have not found one. If you are selling one, please e-mail me.
