Question MIL question !!!

I would like to see if anyone has used the MIL where you have to cut the wire on the o2 senor ? This set you have to cut the 02 senor and wire these in. I have bought a set off of ebay and thought that I was getting the set that just clicks in ,,, but like most stuff on ebay thats not what came in. I hear this MIL work just as good as the click in kind but would like to see if anyone has tried them and how the install when !

thanks

My friend and I put his in in about one hour or less and everything went fine. Just make sure to use good quality tape around the connections. We used a shrink wrap tape that realy seals up good. He paid about $29 bucks for the set from the MIL website. I will be buying some soon, I wasn't aware they made a pair that just clicks in. I imagine they would be very costly because they would have to repace the sensors, I think? Anyway the directions are easy, if you have a problem check out the MIL eliminator website for step by step directions.

Good luck

Dallas Mustang sells the MIL Eliminators that just click on in between your O2 sensors. They install in about 2 minutes. Also included are a pair of zip ties to tie the MIL eliminators up and awayfrom your exhaust system.

Good luck [/B]

They sure do have the ones that clip in, they do not make you change any thing on your fac plugs. You just un-clip the fac plugs and the new MIL have a male and female ends and just clip both in to which end matched which. But like you said they do cost a little bit more , they start at 59.95 and go up to 80.00 bucks. But the good thing about them is the install and they are all ready weather proof. But i got took on ebay and will have to use the ones I have now , damit !!!!!!! But thanks for the info , at least now I know I can cut the o2 wires !!!!!!!
