![]() I'm looking for info on lowering a 01 cobra. Anybody out there that has done it? Who makes the best springs/kits? how far to drop it? how does it effect the handling? what about the ride? I read one article that said you shouldn't do the springs without doing the shocks, is there any truth to this? Also, when lowered can you fit 18" wheels? and with what tire size?
thanks |

![]() Be careful, I have been told that an X-pipe will scrape on bumps on the 99+ Cobras, even without lowering. So if you lower it, don't get an X-pipe. Other than that, I don't know much more, sorry.
