Angry About to Blow Up my car!!!!!!! Wont work Right!!!

Here is what it is doing NOW. Idels Fine when you give it gas MY Air/Fuel Metter goes off the chart Leans out!!!!!!! But it you nail it it runs fine.... here is what I have New on the car.
Both O2's
IAC
tested the ECU
tested the MAP
new Ait Tep sensor
New TPS
Diff Injectros
Re-did all Grounds
No Vac leaks AT ALL.
Timming set to 12
Fuel Pressure is good.

Next Might it be the O2's I have in stalled a Ait Fuel Gauge on them BOTH Cut and spliced the wire......... Might that be it making The O2's not work right.......ThX Guys/Gals for the help I need Info FAST as my Truck Tranny Died today!!!! I need to get the stang going FAST!!! today or in the moring PLEASE help me solve this!!!!!!!! Thx for every thing.
