I WON!!!!!

not racing, but I won the raffle for my choice of a NOS dry nitrous kit, or a Holley Systemax intake.

I got SOOO much crap for walking up there to claim my prise in my Mustangworks tee-shirt (thanks for shipping it out quickly Dan). But I wore it proud

Bob Cosby joked with me a bit about it as he was teching me in, and even more when he handed me the prise.

Seeing as how that intake flows WAY too much for my heads, I'll be taking the juice. I talked to the NOS/Holley rep beforehand about it and he said its about $800 worth of stuff in the kit.

can we say 11's?

DANG! That's great fiveohpatrol! Does anyone have a picture of you accepting or anything? I'd love to see that. If not, at least get a pic taken of yourself holding up the kit or something with your MW shirt on... hehehehe I'll post news about it.

I'm sure you took some crap, but thanks to you, and any other MW member, for wearing your MW shirts and decals to the event.

Yah there was a photo taken, but i cant remember who took it, or who it was with it was either Chris Ihara or the Holley rep

I'll definately get a picture of me and the kit when I receive it, I have to send in the certificate for it.

Maybe I should have my girlfriend in the picture too, because after all, it was the raffle ticket that she grabbed for me that was the winner

i was extrememly happy with what it ran today. I was expecting mid-high 13's because of the heat and the fact that I didnt take my slicks.
I even ran my fastest mph ever in the extreme heat and humidity. it was my 13.1@107.66 run. The car is quite a bit different than before and it my first time to the track with it like this. It now has a re-ringed 60k mile shortblock, no more AC, and a C&L 76mm with elbow instead of the pro-M. Not a whole lit different, but my other motor was really worn out, and it seems like this one is quite a bit stronger if I can trap 107.66mph in the heat that we had today.
