Unhappy T5 throwout bearing chirp..Argh

Has anyone found a cure for the throwout bearing noise on these transmissions? I have had 4 GT's and all of them have had this problem at one point or another. I hate to install a new bearing every 10,000 miles just to stop this annoying noise. I have already switched to a steel retainer sleeve. You lightly depress the clutch pedal and it goes silent. I have heard of some people squirting grease through the inspection cover? Sounds risky to me for the clutch surface?????....Help please!
