Fuel Pump Relay

For some reason my fuel pump isn't getting power. How do I test the relay? I used a jumper wire on the pump, and it works so its not the pump. Besides a wireing problem is there anything else that could stop the pump from getting power?

It's either under the drivers seat or under the mass air meter. :)
