![]() I just put a set of radials on my car. I went Wed. and ran a 12.85 @ 108. I tried a few differant things to keep from killing the tires. My buddy took my car Fri. his first pass was a 13.40 @ 102. This just pissed him off. The next pass he put the tack at 2000, eased off the clutch, slowly mashed the gas, granny shifted 2nd, eased the gas again, and so on. 12.71 @ 108 1.72 60ft and a .501 light. My car has run much faster than these passes, but not with these tires. He simply drove better than me. I think that this may be helpfull to some of you guys with street tires. Try not driving hard and see what happens. You, like me, may get suprise. I will redeem my self this week, I just got a new set of slicks.
