18456273. Any ideas why? It is in no book. But runs fine.

2 6 7 5 3 4 1 8 Is it 180 degrees? from norm?

![]() sorry I had that all wrong. I just looked it up and this is correct. It fires counterclockwise. 1-3-7-2-6-5-4-8. Here is a more detailed pic.

Second, if it runs fine, it's not 180 degrees off. It doesn't make any difference where you have the #1 post, as long as that is where the rotor points when the #1 piston is at TDC on the compression stroke, and the firing order is correct on the cap. Don't complicate it. It's really very simple. Take care, ÅChris
