![]() The v-8 drive shaft is to long but you can swap the u-joint and use a 4 banger driveshaft. I cant remember the number, its like a 14?? Cnat remember what it is. Its a retro fit joint that will fint the 4 banger drive shaft and the C_6 yoke.

![]() I've got an 82 with a C-6 in it but I shortened one from a 71 so I am not knowing.

![]() Are you really running enough HP to really need a C-6? Pulling numbers from the back of my head, I think that the C-6 robs 20-30 more horsepower compared to a C-4. Heck, I would even go for an AOD before a C-6.
I am running a C-4 with a transgo shift kit and a good rebuild kit behind a 400 HP 351W an I get tire chirping shifts. Greg |

![]() the car is a 355 stroker (302) w/250 carb'd nitrous shot. so yeah i would say it has enough. also has trick flows ported to the max. 20-30 horse seems like a lot of power for it to rob though. are those real numbers or are you exaggerating (sp)

![]() I dont think I am but can someone else verify me? I still would think that a C-4 would hold with some modifications.
