Talking carb people click on this

I'm looking for a carb to buy. It will be on top of a 347 with canfield heads and a victor jr. intake. I will be shifting it at 6800rpm's. Fuel economy or emissions are no concern, but driveability is. I want to be able to go out on cruise nights and put around, but scream the piss out of it at the track an not be held back because i have a street carb on the car. Is this a dream or can it be done with a carb?

Wade
