I use all MSD products and love them. My car never ran so well until i went to a msd coil, wires, distrbuter and 6a box after that it was like i had a whole knew car. I will never buy anything but MSD iginiton products now.

Not exacly what your asking,, but my 2 cents. ..

When I put my 351w on the dyno with the good old duraspark, the operator, with about a million years experence, was laughing at the dam thing. But whens we tried a MSD box, we lost 10HP. Never was able to get that lost HP back. AND that was the whole crurve, nice and even, down 10HP. I'll run duraspark forever, I think.

Mind you my 351w is not a 700HP 7500RPM monster either. Just 430HP@6000.

I've run MSD 6a box and Dis for some time and never had a problem. Except for frying a tach that is! I was given an autogague that said it would work with MSD without an adaptor but it got cooked. Can anyone reccommend a tach. I'm trying to go with a smaller one, dont want a big monster sitting up on the dash. Hey that Duraspark, surprising huh! Was the advance curve modified?

Nope, just a rebuild from the local parts store, I think it was 40 bucks.
