Default Motorcraft 2bbl cfm

I was wondering if anybody knew what cfm the motorcraft 2bbl carb was, that came stock on a 351 cleveland. There are numbers on the side of the carb that say: M91239

And does anybody know how to tune the carb for better performance? Thanks

Edelbrock Performer Intake, Holley 600cfm carb
Hooker Headers, 2.5 inch pipes, Magnaflow X-pipe, Flowmaster 2 chamber mufflers with turndowns.
Stock Fmx tranny and 2.75 rear end
