![]() Well I took my car to Strictly Performance in Houston to get it dynotuned. I originally bought a Diablo Delta chip programed by Reinhart Automotive which they did a reburn on as well. The car is running very rich. In addition the car bucks some and randomly stalls. My signature tells you all the mods I have. Strictly Performance & Diablo recommended I at least put a H-Pipe or X-Pipe on to help the car's rich condition. I talked to Prewitt Racing (they did the install of the Novi for me) about this as well and they also agreed. So I opted for the Bassani X-Pipe with Cats. The air/fuel did improve slightly but it is still very rich at 4500rpm and above (10.1 or 10.2). Strictly Performance said they leaned the chip out as much as it will go and the car is still running rich. I talked with Paxton, Prewitt Racing & Strictly Performance about this and the consensus is to go to a smaller pulley, add a 2nd By-pass valve and possibly add a Power Pipe. The idea is this will make the car run leaner and the 2nd By-pass valve will eliminate the bucking. All this together will hopefully eliminate the random stalling.
Thoughts or ideas are welcomed.
