Question 200 CI to 302 CI

I'm upgrading my 64 Mustang 6 cyl to a nice 302....just bought a 87 Mustang 5.0 to do my change overs....has a Tremec T5 in it so what do you think about any extra modifications I need to do to the 64?? Please help....thank you!

* frame brackets and motor mounts
* front coils and suspension
* rear leafs and axle
* wheels and tires
* add wiring to harness for T5's neutral safety switch and back up lights switch.

From what I have read here over the years and from my own observations, you will be better served to start off with an eight cylinder car. Wheels, suspension, and running gear are all different.
