Default 1 week to go!

Just talked to my mechanic (who's doing all the major work I'm afraid to do). He thinks my 66 Coupe will be road-safe by next Friday!

You people probably have NO idea how excited I am. I have been waiting for this day to drive this car since... umm... at least 1973! Please note, I don't mean just any 66 Mustang. I mean THIS 66 Mustang. I remember as a kid my dad letting me shift it as we drove down the road. My plans once inspection is complete is to finish any mechanical work that needs to be done (suspension, etc), then I will hit any major issues with the body and floorpans. After that, I'll take care of the interior, and once that's completed, have the car Painted. at that point, she should be as good as new!
