Default c4/c5 trans.......need help??

there was a thread on this a while ago, but i couldnt find it.

my ? is what are the differences between the c4 and c5 auto's. i already have a c5 out of my 86-3.8 cougar, and i am going to have it rebuilt with kevlar bands, hardened shaft, servo, manual valve body w/brake, and a new planetary gear.

will a c4 bellhousing bolt up to the c5?
are the cases the same?
will the parts interchange?

I think the main difference is the C5 uses a lock-up converter. I've heard it mentioned that c5 use a beefier case but I don't know for sure. Bellhousings should be the same. I suspect the dimensions, mounts, shifter hook-up, etc are all the same.
