Cool For Off Road Use Only

How often do we see this and it means nothing to us. Well I just bent my secound set of lakewood struts. Only one bent, it makes the car ride like a covered wagon. I had one good one from the last set that went bad. So I put it on tonight.

Do you all think it is from the pot holes and poor roads, or just that they don't last as long as a regular shock/strut?
