Default 351w=400hp?

In my last post I had asked about the 351 windsor and cleveland and modified. I now have a 1970 351w currently I have a new 331 with 0 miles in my stang. I will be building my 351 over the summer and into next winter. I want to build this 351 to have at least 400hp. I have parts to swap over, I know I will be needing new heads. I will probably go with the Trick Flows.
But what else do I need to do to get to 400hp?

My father and i are currently running ford motorsports 351W 400hp crate motor. its a solid motor. i would copy everything that has on it.

large lift cam. not exact on numbers.
i would rather have a roller setup.
1.7rr's
id go with 2.02 valve heads.
victor jr. intake (not positive?)
holley dominator 650 carb.

you could call ford and ask what they do to thier crate motors....

oh yea. forged pistons, and higher compression ratio
