Default 306 rebiuld kits

dallas mustang offers a rebiuld kit for a 306 the kits includes rings ,pistons, crank.etc. , for a 5.0 HO for 429.95
i was wondering if the kit would also be able to fit in an early model 302 with out any problems even though it is a 302
but also would my 289 heads pose a problem

thanks

never heard of Ford putting out a 306. Is that a small block 289/302/5.0 that was bored over? Or maybe had a stroker kit put in?
