Well they will fit on the motor itself, but you need the 351 swap headers to put the motor in the car.

One more question i had my stock upper and lower intake coustomly setup and bored and stuff to the specs of the gt-40 will they fit on this motor, i have the MSD pro billit distribtor too will that work on the 351 bascily i bought a 351 with 520hp but it needs intake, headers electronics stuff like that.
What im asking will all the stuff that i have on the 5.0 work on the 351. thanks alot for your help.

The lower intake on a 302 will not fit a 351. I guess the upper could if you had the right lower.

I also this the distributor for the 5.0 is too short for the 351.

1. You need 351 swap headers.
2. You need a 351 swap oil pan and pickup.
3. You need a different lower intake. If you dont wanna go all out, you can get the lower off of a 5.8 truck motor and your stock upper will bolt to it.
4. Your fuel rails can be reused, you just need to extend the crossover tube to accomidate for the wider lower intake of the 351.
5.You need a new distributor.

Pretty much everything else is interchangeable, Ive heard you need a different a/c - p/s bracket, but Im not sure about that one. Also I just saw where you said you bought the motor which 520hp, so I assume there are already heads on it, otherwise you would have to drill yours to accomidate 1/2in head bolts. Thats all I can think of right now, maybe someone else can chime in if I missed anything, John.

yeah ithis is the first set op picks ive been able to post I need to find out how to post multiple picks , I'm pulling the motor for the built one and i m taking pic's of it and will add them to my sig if i can figure it out.

but to also adress the first question no but sometimes they can be made to fit ? if you drop your mounts and bend the tubes.

some 302 headers drop more than others .

so you will have to see.
