Default plug gap

I've up graded the fuel system on my car with 38lb ejectors and 75mm pro-m bullet afm. cal for 38's. Now I am fouling the plugs and running very rich at idle. Fuel pressure set at 40 psig with the FMU removed. What spark plug gap should I set my plug to with the combo listed below?

procharger 14lb
Trick flow head
tunnel ram intake
on a 306 bullet
