Default HP/Torque for various motors

I've got a neighbor who is looking to sell his V6 Slo-maro (God what a piece) and is looking to build a Mustang. He's wondering what good honest baseline HP/Torque numbers are for the common combos 302-306-331-342-347-427... and I really have no idea on anything other than the 302, since I've not had anything else yet but a 302. Help?

Just average conservative parts...

Thanks!
JM
