Click on usercp at the top right hand corner of the page.. then click on edit options. Scroll all the way down and there will be a section for avatars. There you can upload a small picture from your computer.

First, you need to web host a pic somewhere. MustangWorks has a place you can use. Click on "Account Control" at the top in green, and sign up for one. Upload your picture there. In the signature part of "User CP" type in the following...

***Replace the ( ) with [ ] and enter then web address for the picture where it says "www.website.com"
