Im trying to put together a nice fuel system for my 347 goin in soon, its gonna be a mild 347 cause its my daily but I might wanna add maybe a 150shot of NOS or a supercharge. So far I have 24# injectors, my in tank fuel pump just got replaced ( stock) would this get me by or do I need like a 255lph, I just didnt want to drop the tank again, any in line pump options you guys using or can recomend.

Check out the analyzer page here at MW

http://www.mustangworks.com/analyzer.html

There's a fuel system analyzer that should give you a pretty good idea of what you need based on what you have/will have.

Good luck,

The 255lph in your tank is a good start, but it probably won't be enough for a 150 shot. The key is to having your fuel system flow enough fuel volume. The stock intank pump or even a bigger one is sufficient for a 75 shot of nitrous or maybe even a 100 shot, but that may be pushing it a little. I run a 150hp shot and had to upgrade further than my 155lph intank pump, with the mods in my sig. At first the fuel pressure was not staying above the 80psi. or whatever the dry system boosts it up to, with just the 155lph in the tank. So the Hobbs fuel pressure safety switch would cut off the flow of nitrous. So I went out and bought an MSD in line pump and installed it and everything has been fine since. It's been a few years, but the one I bought...I believe was a 200gph pump. Similar to the old tried and true T-Rex inline fuel pump. The Rex would work as well or something that flows similar #s. I know your 255lph flows much more fuel than my 155...but I've read that other people have had to run an additional inline pump for nitrous even when running a 190lph. I couldn't say I'm 100% positive...but I thought even the 255lph was not enough for a 150 or higher shot. Good luck.

a 255lph fuel pump pumps enough fuel to support a shlt load of power.

a 150 shot would be easy money

Get a wet nitrous kit and you will have no worries.

I just re-read your post and noticed you still have thje stock fuel pump. No it wont work for a power adder with a 347.

You will have to upgrade your intank to a 255lph. I wouldnt even trust the stock pump on your 347 N/A.

The nos dry kit is made for a stock fuel pump and injectors. I am currently running a 255 intkae and a nos 80 inline with 30lb injectors. I would say go with this setup and you will have plenty of fuel to support well over 550hp.
