Default flexplate interchange

I have a 69 m-code stang and I'm presently running a 302, while the 351 is being reworked. Can I use the 302 flexplate on the 351? The 302 is also a 69 vintage engine...
I've been told this will work , is it true?
Also, are the motormounts different?

thanks for the info...
AP.
