Post suspension upgrades

I am going to be purchasing some springs, c/c plates and shocks/struts. Do you guys think this is a combo for my 94 GT. conv.: Granetelli Motorsports progressive rate springs (do you think it will be ok since I have a conv? I want the lower drop), Pro3's(stangnet) C/C plates, and lakewood 70/30 struts upfront and 3 way Tokico's in the back.

What do you guys think of this combo? Ok for street and strip?
What exactly does the 70/30 thing mean? Weight transfer?

Also, I am going to be putting some Factory Five upper and lower's on. How do you guys rate them?

Thanks
