Question Holley Annihilator will it work???

Holley Annihilator Individual Cylinder Timing (ICT) system http://www.holley.com/HiOctn/ProdLin...C/800-400.html Will this work I a 5.0 do I need to get a new distributor?? I know it is over kill but it is cool!
