Exclamation AOD too slow. need help!

i have a 92 GT AOD with 149,500 miles on it. still running strong just not strong enough. everyone in my town has a mustang and everyone of them have beatin mee. what can i doo to get faster with my AOD???

get a manual tranny....you can start by manually shifting it, ya know how to do that? i put it in a post in windsor power called "time to race" or something like that.

Two words (okay, it's more than two): Lentech and/or Baumann Engineering. That with gears and a higher stall converter, and you'll love it as much as I like mine.
